There are two parts to our name:
‘Unreasonable’ reflects that we see the need for a significant change, a transformation, in the way we manage our organisations in order to make them sustainable and responsive to changing societal needs.
‘Learners’ indicates that the way to achieve such a change will be challenging for us all. We want change to be based on tested theory not opinion. It requires a new way of managing that enables all of us to explore alternatives, test out new ideas, build knowledge, be innovative.
This website is designed to act as a hub for all who are interested in this radical new way. It is designed not only to support the community aspect of this approach, but to provide a knowledge base for those who want to explore the foundation theories and ideas behind a new way of management.
